03.09.2009 - Bank has received the Short Sale package and has assigned a negotiator to review the file.

03.11.2009 - Received a call from Bank's Appraiser to schedule the appraisal. Appraisal/BPO is scheduled on 03.12.2009 at 11am.

03.12.2009 - Bank sent Contract Addendum to be signed by all Parties including Buyers, Seller and Real Estate Agents. Contract Addendum was forwarded to the selling agent to be signed by purchasers. (Waiting on Selling Agent to send the addendum back)

03.16.2009 - Contract Addendum was signed by all parties and faxed to the bank.
